1987

The Origins

The business began in South Tyrol, between Bolzano, Bressanone and Brunico. These were the years when the method was formed: construction quality, attention to context, direct relationship with the territory.

1992

Lake Garda

With the Eden Project in Gardone Riviera, a long Lake Garda season began: San Michele, Bogliaco, Villa Scari. Historic villas and new residences, all overlooking the water.

1993

Looking Beyond Borders

A few years after the fall of the wall, a complex project in Berlin: offices, commercial spaces and over one hundred apartments. It was the beginning of a decade of international projects, which in subsequent years took the business to Romania, Bulgaria and Argentina.

1994

Jesolo, the First Construction Site

The arrival on the Veneto coast opened the chapter destined to become central. Soleado, Acapulco, Ipanema, Centrale: a succession of residences that redefined seafront living.

1999

From Single Building to Masterplan

In Jesolo, the project changed scale: urbanization and development of the entire Piazza Picchi roundabout area, with the commercial hub and adjacent residences. No longer just building, but designing a piece of the city.

2000

Liguria

Sori, Finale Ligure, Camogli. Historic villas and new residences transformed into seaside apartments, between centuries-old parks and views over the gulf.

2003

The Golf Village

The project that combines residence and sport was born in Jesolo: the Golf Club and the Golf Village. A different living model, immersed in greenery just minutes from the beach.

2007

JLDD is Born

With The Pool Houses, the Jesolo Lido Design District project took shape. A new vision of the coast, in which each building contributes to a coherent and recognizable urban design.

2009

Milan and Europe

The years of diversification: the Milan residences of Giannino and V33, the Hotel Le Passy in Juan Les Pins, the Zhero in Palma de Mallorca, the residential investment in Emmendingen.

2017

The New Generation

The Summer Houses and The Beach Residences, then Palms and Palms Editions, Six Lofts, The Palm Building. A succession of projects in which the architectural language became increasingly defined and recognizable.

2027

The Chapter to Come

The Richard Meier Tower and The Sky Villas complete the JLDD design. Two signature projects that redefine the coastline skyline and mark its most ambitious transformation.
